One contractor for the whole outdoor project
AR Mansory is a masonry and outdoor construction company based in Hyannis. We build patios, walkways, retaining walls and stone walls, work on pool surroundings and pool plumbing, and handle demolition of existing outdoor structures along with the site preparation that follows.
Because those trades sit under one roof, the parts of a project that usually get handed between companies — demolition, grading, base preparation, underground lines, finished surfaces — can be sequenced as a single job.

Patios & Hardscaping — Mid-Cape
Paver patio and seat wall rebuild
A settled concrete patio removed and replaced with a pitched paver terrace, a masonry seat wall and drainage that moves water away from the house.

Retaining Walls
Terraced retaining wall on a sloped yard
A slope too steep to use turned into two level terraces with a capped segmental block wall and a drainage system behind it.

Pools
Pool deck, coping and plumbing coordination
A pool surround rebuilt from the trenches up: piping pressure-checked and backfilled first, then a paver deck pitched away from the coping.
Outdoor work that has to fit together
Complete Outdoor Construction
Masonry, hardscape, pool-related work and pool plumbing can be coordinated as part of the same project instead of split across separate contractors.
Built for the Property
Every project responds to the site's layout, drainage, terrain and intended use. The right wall, base depth and surface material depend on what is actually happening on the ground.
From Demolition to Finish
Existing patios, decks, walls and hardscape can be removed and the area prepared before new construction begins, so the schedule stays in one set of hands.
Removed, rebuilt, finished
Drag the handle to compare a worn concrete patio with the rebuilt paver patio and seat wall that replaced it.

Outdoor Construction for Cape Cod Properties
Outdoor construction on Cape Cod has to survive a specific set of conditions: sandy and inconsistent soils, a high water table in places, salt air near the water, wet springs and freeze-and-thaw cycles that work on anything built without a proper base.
That is why most of the effort on a patio, walkway or retaining wall happens before the first paver or stone is set. Excavation depth, compacted base material, drainage behind walls and pitch away from the house determine whether a surface stays flat and a wall stays plumb after several winters.
The same logic applies underground. Pool plumbing and other buried lines have to be routed with future access in mind, and any new hardscape above them should be built so what sits underneath remains serviceable.

Drainage first
Water is designed away from the house, behind walls and out of the base rather than being trapped under the finished surface.
Base preparation
Excavation and compacted base depth are set for the soil on the site and the load the surface will carry.
Seasonal movement
Details are built to tolerate freeze-and-thaw cycles and the moisture swings of a coastal season.

Based in Hyannis, working across Cape Cod
AR Mansory works out of Hyannis on outdoor construction for homeowners and property owners throughout Cape Cod. The work is hands-on and practical: stone and block, pavers and bluestone, pipe and fill.
Handling several related trades means a project can be looked at as a whole — what gets removed, what happens below grade, and how the finished surfaces meet the house, the pool and the rest of the yard.
